Back pain is one of the most common health problems affecting people of all ages. It can range from a mild, dull ache to sharp, stabbing pain, and can occur in the upper, middle, or lower back.

Hair fall (hair loss) is a common issue caused by factors like stress, poor diet, hormonal imbalances, pollution, or genetics. In Ayurveda, hair fall is believed to be the result of imbalanced doshas—especially Pitta dosha, which governs metabolism and heat in the body.

Acidity (also known as acid reflux or acid indigestion) occurs when excess stomach acid flows back into the esophagus, causing a burning sensation in the chest, also called heartburn.
